Frequently Asked Questions
If you have a question that is not answered here, please send us an email with your question and we will make every effort possible to respond.
Q: What does being a customer-centric
business mean?
A: It means that everything that the business is or does is centred
on providing the best possible customer experience at all customer
touch points. This should be reflected in the mission, goals,
objectives, processes and technologies used throughout the business.
Every employee should be aware of the value that they provide to
achieving the goal of providing the best customer experience.
Q: What if our organization is not a
company?
A: If an organization is non-profit, governmental, religious or an
association, it is still trying to provide a product or service to
someone, whether or not their revenue is derived directly from that
recipient. An organization can still be considered customer-centric
if everything that the organization is and does is centred and built
to service that recipient in some way.
