Interim Management

The ProCustomer Group can also provide executive or senior management skills to fill key roles in the client's organization for a finite time period, to bridge a gap in management skill or during a period of organizational uncertainty. ProCustomer Group resources become part of the client's team, and work within the structure of the client's enterprise, as an integral part of that firm. This is especially useful if a client company wishes to establish a Chief Customer Officer role.

Interim management can provide one or more of the following key benefits:
